The Grove at Haw Creek is a subdivision located in Asheville , NC . BSI was hired as the prime contractor for the site and infrastructure improvements required for the development. BSI self-performed all of the construction services with exception to tree grinding, landscaping, and asphalt paving. Major items included within the construction were all erosion control measures, 7.75 AC of clearing & grubbing, 45,000 CY of excavation, 525 SF of MSE wall, 1.850 LF of 8" sewer line, 18 sewer manholes, 1,000 LF of 18" storm drain pipe, 360 LF of 24" storm drain pipe, 300 LF of 48" storm drain pipe, 2,450 LF of 6" water main, 3,000 LF of 5-foot wide concrete sidewalk, 3,976 LF of 24" curb & gutter, and 3,030 SY of asphalt pavement.
