BSI performed the construction of this project as a design / build contract. The project included the construction of a new soccer field with an underground irrigation system. BSI negotiated with the owner and was actively involved during the design process. The project design included grading, erosion control, and irrigation design. Major items included within the construction of the project were 6,000 CY of import excavation, site clearing, fine grading, erosion control, and irrigation system.
