One of the key contributors to the success of BSI is our management team and company organization. The management team of BSI includes the four owners of the company. Each owner has their own area of expertise and serves in different leadership roles within the company. BSI's management team is responsible for obtaining construction contracts and then planning, directing, and controlling the many elements associated with field operations. This hands-on approach ensures contract obligations are met to the very highest of standards.

The experience gained over the life of our company has allowed our management team to create a company organization that assists in the successful acquisition and delivery of our projects.
